Bill is a graduate of Lone Star College’s Veterinary Technology program and has worked as a veterinary technician for many years. His experience includes general practice, emergency and critical care, and exotic medicine in small animal, large animal, and educational settings.

Bill has proudly served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. He has also been involved with the Boy Scouts since second grade, first as a Scout and later as an adult leader.
