Dr. Jessica Quillivan graduated from Texas A&M University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.  After working for other veterinarians in the Houston area, she was ready to open her own practice in 2004.  She and her husband have lived in Magnolia since her graduation in 1999.  They have a son and three dogs. Dr. Quillivan holds membership in many veterinary organizations: AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association), TVMA (Texas Veterinary Medical Association), AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association), and is Vice President of the Montgomery County Veterinary Medical Association. In 2010, she will be accepting a position on the board of directors for AAHA.  She also enjoys running and basketball, you may even see her running through town on her lunchbreak!!


Dr. Jessica Colborn graduated from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002.  She practiced equine, food animal and small animal medicine for 5 years in Conroe. She now lives in Magnolia with her husband, two cats, two dogs, and her horse.  Jessica is a member of AVMA and TVMA and was previously Secretary-Treasurer for the MCVMA.  In her spare time, she loves to travel, ride horses, and practice agility with her dogs.


Susan is our practice manager.  She has been with Shady Brook Animal Hospital since our doors opened in May 2004.  You may not see her but she keeps the place running as smooth as silk.  Susan was a finance coordinator for David Weekly Homes for 10 years.  She lives in Tomball with her three children, two dogs, Shady (our rescue kitty), and a ferret.  She likes to take the family, including dogs, camping and to the beach as much as she can.


Terah joined us in June of 2008.  She graduated in 2000 from Tomball College as a Registered Veterinary Technician. She is a member of TVMA and TARVT. She has been in the veterinary field for 10+ years.  Terah lives in Magnolia with her husband, son, 3 dogs and 3 cats.  She is a very big fan of cats and loves working with them.

Dana received her degree in Veterinary Technology from Tomball College in 1993.  She has 15+ years of technical and management experience.  Dana is our lead Registered Veterinary Technician and she rocks.   Can we clone her???  She, her husband, and three daughters live in Magnolia with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a ferret.  Dana is a member of the TVMA (Texas Veterinary Medical Association) and TARVT (Texas Association of Registered Veterinary Technicians).


Kyndal has been in the veterinary field for almost 10 years.  She is also a Certified Veterinary Assistant.  She calls Magnolia home along with her husband and two children.  Her pets include 2 dogs, Tonka and Sega, a cat, Atari and her tank full of fish.  She enjoys riding motorcycles, hanging out on the family ranch, and singing at karoake every Thursday night at Las Fuentes.

 


Krystal is one of our Certified Veterinary Assistants doubling as an awesome client relations specialist.  She joined our team in July of 2007.  She has been a veterinary assistant since 1995.  Krystal enjoys watching baseball, rollerblading, and spending time with her family including cats George, Kiki, and their dog, Mollie. 


We welcomed Allison Franks to our team in September 2009.  She has 3 years experience in the veterinary field.  Allison graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.  Animals are her passion.  She has several different types at home.  The assortment consists of chickens, turkeys, 5 dogs and 4 horses.  Of course her personal favorites are "Dallas" (Australian Shepherd) and "Gus" (redbone coonhound).  Allison currently lives on seven acres in Magnolia and could not imagine living anywhere else.


Rachelle came on board in January of 2008.  She brought with her 11 years of experience.  Rachelle became a Certified Veterinary Assistant in 2009.  She has spent most of her life in Magnolia, where she lives with her daughter and their cat, Buddy.  Rachelle enjoys reading and scrapbooking.
